Reporting Content Violations
- Users may report content they believe is illegal or violates our Community Standards via a designated report function or email address.
- Reports can be submitted anonymously, but providing contact information may help in the review process.
- Reports should include specific details: the content in question, its location (e.g., URL), and the reason for the report.
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team in accordance with applicable laws and our internal guidelines.
- We take all reports seriously and commit to fair and non-discriminatory handling of each complaint.
Complaint Review Process (Within 7 Business Days)
- All valid reports are acknowledged upon receipt, typically within 24 hours.
- The moderation team will assess the reported content against our Standards and applicable laws.
- If necessary, legal or subject matter experts may be consulted to determine the appropriate action.
- The outcome of the review is communicated to both the reporter and the content owner (if identifiable).
- All cases are reviewed and resolved within **seven (7) business days** of receiving the complaint.
Appeals Process
- Users whose content is removed or restricted may appeal the decision within a specified timeframe (e.g., 14 days).
- Appeals must include a reason for contesting the removal and any supporting information.
- Appeals are reviewed by a separate team not involved in the original decision, ensuring impartiality.
- A final decision on the appeal will be issued within **five (5) business days** of receipt.
- If the appeal is successful, the content may be reinstated or the account status restored.
